about the printer
The AMT S-500 model is a high-performance portal construction printer capable of producing up to 2.5 cubic meters per hour with a large working area of 11 x 29 x 14 meters, an operational lifespan of 30,000 hours, and easy maintenance and management.
The basic equipment includes a high-pressure washer, a concrete preparation and supply station, a control computer, and 16-meter-high electric hoists, which allows for the construction of 5-story buildings. The working area can be optionally increased to 80 meters. The basic kit has everything needed to connect the printer to the network and start working.
The S-500 printer is equipped with a new generation printing head for fast printing and prints commercial and structural concrete based on 400-500 series cement with a fraction of up to 6mm of non-metallic materials.
Additionally, the printer's design allows for facade work, with support beams equipped with platforms. When the printer is off, two people can work on each platform. The platforms are equipped with 220V 6A sockets. The maximum load on the facade tool is 1000N.
The printer has undergone quality control assembly and testing at the manufacturer's plant and is ready to work.
We will teach you 3D modeling, preparation of working mixes, and printer management.
